methods. Two m (,) completed the search in separate databases through
university libraries all of us. Bah 5 electronic databases in the period from
June 2006 to June 2007: The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews database,
MEDLINE (from 1950); (1982); (1980); and Ovid (1999). Been running Boolean
searches with an alternative spelling of keywords several times (see text box
1). Was completed Boolean searches are also using the Google search engines. We
set the guidelines for clinical practice () relevant, and using checklists to
ensure a thorough search. We did not restrict our search on dates and study
design (all research methods are considered), language or country of origin.
